1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid to Adventure Trader (promotions, verification and dealer packages). It does not apply to the purchase price of items bought from other users — those transactions are between buyer and seller.
2. Promotions
- Featured, homepage, urgent-sale and social-media promotions may be cancelled for a full refund before they go live.
- Once live, promotions are non-refundable, except where we removed a compliant listing in error — in that case we refund the unused portion.
3. Seller and document verification (R299)
Refundable in full if you cancel before review starts. If your application is rejected because documents are unclear, you may resubmit at no extra cost within 30 days. Fees are not refunded where an application is rejected for suspected fraud.
4. Dealer packages
Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid month. Where you cancel within 5 business days of first subscribing under the ECTA cooling-off provisions and have not used the package, we refund you in full.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us via the support page and choose "Billing & refunds". Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
